This qualification is for employees who use call centre telephones and computer technology, enter and retrieve
data and perform a number of customer contact functions. Work may include providing multiple specialised
services to customers, using multiple technologies (e.g. telephone, Internet services & face‐to‐face contact) and
providing some leadership to less experienced employees.
